Withdraw in the app (fastest)
Open Telovi → My eSIMs → tap the eSIM → Withdraw from contract → Confirm withdrawal. You get an email straight away confirming that we received it, with the date and time. The button is there for eSIMs that are not installed yet.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Amad Amjad Khedir, Telovi · Amoverse, Paul-Keller-Str. 2, 59269 Beckum, Germany, support@telovigo.com) by means of a clear statement, for example with the button in the app, by email, or by letter. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period ends.
Early end of the right of withdrawal
An eSIM is digital content that we deliver straight away. Your right of withdrawal ends early once we have started delivery after you expressly agreed to that and confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal (§356(5) BGB). We ask for this with a checkbox at checkout and repeat it in your order email. As a more generous rule, we still accept your withdrawal for as long as the eSIM has not been installed.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
