1. Service

Telovigo provides prepaid travel data connectivity via eSIM profiles across 200+ countries. Plans are data-only (no calls or SMS) and are subject to the coverage and fair-usage policies of the local partner networks.

2. Device compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your handset supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing. A device checker is provided in the app.

3. Validity and activation

Plan validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. A plan expires when its data is used up or its validity period ends, whichever is first. Each plan must be installed by the date shown in the app.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and include all charges. Payment is taken at purchase. Where the German small-business rule (§19 UStG) applies, no VAT is charged and the receipt says so.

5. T-Wallet

Funds credited to a T-Wallet (gift cards, promotions, refunds) do not expire and can be used for any future purchase. They are not transferable and cannot be paid out except as required by law.

6. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because an eSIM plan is a digital service that begins on delivery, by purchasing you expressly request that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the eSIM has been used (§356(5) BGB). Unused eSIMs remain covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Plans are for personal use in the destination(s) purchased. Reselling, or use that breaches partner-network terms, may result in suspension.

8. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Network coverage is provided by third-party carriers and may vary.

9. Law

German law applies. For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
