1. Service & Operator

Telovi is owned, published, and operated by Amad Amjad Khedir (Sole Proprietorship / Einzelunternehmen Amoverse, Paul-Keller-Str. 2, 59269 Beckum, Germany, Tax No. / Steuernummer: 456623012). Telovi provides prepaid travel data connectivity via eSIM profiles across 200+ countries. Plans are data-only (no calls or SMS) and are subject to the coverage and fair-usage policies of the local partner networks.

2. Device compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your handset supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing. A device checker is provided in the app.

3. Validity and activation

Plan validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. A plan expires when its data is used up or its validity period ends, whichever is first. Each plan must be installed by the date shown in the app.

4. Prices and payment (No Automatic Renewal)

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and include all charges. All eSIM plan purchases and wallet top-ups are strictly one-time, non-recurring prepaid transactions. Plans expire at the end of their stated validity period or data quota. There are no recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, or hidden renewal charges. Where the German small-business rule (§19 UStG) applies, no VAT is charged and the receipt says so.

5. T-Wallet

Funds credited to a T-Wallet (gift cards, promotions, refunds) do not expire and can be used for any future purchase. They are not transferable and cannot be paid out except as required by law.

6. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because an eSIM plan is digital content delivered at once, at checkout you expressly ask us to deliver it straight away and confirm that you know your right of withdrawal ends once the eSIM is installed (§356(5) BGB); your order email confirms this. Until then you can withdraw at any time with the Withdraw button in the app (My eSIMs → your eSIM) or on our withdrawal page, which also has the model withdrawal form. Unused eSIMs are always covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Plans are for personal use in the destination(s) purchased. Reselling, or use that breaches partner-network terms, may result in suspension.

8. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Network coverage is provided by third-party carriers and may vary.

9. Law

German law applies. For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
