DMCA & Copyright Policy

Telovigo ("we", "us", a brand of Amoverse) respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners. In accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 (the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, "DMCA"), we maintain this safe harbor notice and takedown procedure.
1. Designated Copyright Agent
All notices of claimed copyright infringement should be directed to our Designated Copyright Agent:

2. Submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement (Takedown Notice)
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice must be in writing and include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., exact URLs, ticket references, or screen identifiers).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at dmca@telovigo.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), Telovigo will terminate in appropriate circumstances the accounts and access of subscribers or users who are repeat copyright infringers.
